Dragon is a lively and refined expression of our territory.Born in the mid-90s from an idea by Luigi and Fiorina Baudana as a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, this White has evolved over time, also embracing other grape varieties, including Nascetta and a touch of Renano Riesling. The label is the last work of the famous Langarolo artist — but above all a very dear friend — Gianni Gallo: a hymn to the indomitable desire of every man to face and overcome adversity.The Langhe DOC Bianco Dragon vineyards are located on ancient soils, composed mainly of Serravalliano limestone marls and the Diano Sandstones of Tortonian origin. Located between 380 and 610 meters above sea level, they enjoy bright and well-ventilated exposures, which promote freshness and aromatic complexity in wines.
