Le Cupole is our “Second Vin”, obtained from a blend of the same Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes, from younger vines and on deeper soils. The first harvest was obtained in 1995 and since then it has become a classic among the most accessible super-Tuscans.Aging in second and third passage barrels for 8 months and final assembly in cement tanks for 12 months. Rich, with an intense fruit, with soft tannins and balsamic notes on the nose. Very pleasant and immediately accessible.
