Old vines only.We vinified, as usual, in cement vats. Fermentation was quite long and without forcing the extraction thanks low temperature.Aging for 12 months in barrels of 40hl and cement vats. Barrels from Mittleberger, first used in 2015 Vintage.Bottling Mai 2023.
