This wine is the result of a careful selection of grapes from selected parcels of our Paico and Sierra Silva vineyards. It reflects the deepest and purest expression of the Otronia terroir, through one of the most special varieties, Pinot Noir. We aim to showcase the essence of our terroir and our landscape through the ultimate expression made into wine. The grapes were harvested on March 15 (Paico) and March 20 (Sierra Silva) and fermented in French oak vats, using the whole cluster vinification technique at 50%. Once malolactic fermentation was completed, the wine was aged in untoasted French oak foudres for 22 months.
