Prugnolo enhances the freshness of the fruity notesof Sangiovese, combined with the spicy character of theMammolo variety. A pleasant wine, very fragrant andnever banal. Produced since 1989 as a Rosso diMontepulciano, the wine has worn the current labelsince 2003. The average annual production is 40000bottles. The grapes are selected from the younger vines ofdifferent parcels that are rich in in aromas with lessstructure as we seek freshness, fragrance anddrinkability. Its composition is Sangiovese PrugnoloGentile with a little percentage of Mammolo.
