Millecento is the quintessence of the Sangiovese of Castiglion del Bosco and is produced exclusively in the best vintages. Its name is dedicated to the year the estate was founded, and its first vintage dates back to 2010.
The 2019 vintage is characterized by a dry winter with below-average rainfall, which was then largely recovered in a cool and rainy spring. Mild summer with no excessive temperatures. The rains returned in late August, followed by a cool and breezy September that gave the grapes plenty of time for optimal ripening.
