Just like all our other vineyards, this too,is worked and cared for according tobiodynamic principles. After meticulousgrape selection by hand picking thegrapes were macerated for about 6hours before being carefully pressed.The through sedimentation pre-clarified must underwent coolfermentation with its indigenous yeastand maturation in stainless steel tanksin order to accentuate the fruitycharacter as much as possible.Following a moderate amount of timeon the fine lees, finally the wine wasbottled. This wine was not modified throughfining agents and therefor is not only veganbut also produced totally untreatedaccording to Rudolf Steiner.
