We are a family-run winery in Germany’s Ahr Valley, one of Europe’s smallest and northernmost wine regions. On 7.5 hectares of steep slate vineyards, we are fully dedicated to Pinot Noir – the grape that best expresses the valley’s unique microclimate and soils.
Our philosophy combines tradition, craftsmanship, and sustainability. Our work is fully organic and guided by permaculture principles: we plant trees among vines, use sheep for natural soil care, and avoid plastics by working with willow, wood, and acacia posts to keep biodiversity alive. All wines are handcrafted: carefully selected grapes, spontaneous fermentation, and maturation for 18 months in local oak barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration, they reflect our home in the most authentic way.
