Produced from our traditional olive trees, and respecting regenerative and organic farming practices, Cortes de Cima Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil reflects a commitment to environmental preservation and consumer health.
Its characteristics include an intense green color with golden reflections, medium to intense fruity aromas with notes of fresh grass and green apple, complemented by a hint of almond.
The Cobrançosa and Picual varieties were hand-picked in October 2025, and their oil was cold-extracted and bottled without filtration.
Certified as organic, our olive oil contributes to the sustainability of the olive trees and Alentejo olive oil.
