Our story begins in 1958 when Efthymios Apostolidis planted the first vineyard in Dialekto Kavala, on the foothills of the Macedonian mountain basin, on the border with the river Nestos and Thrace. Due to the difficulties of the time, wine production was rather amateurish. Until the year 1981, when his son, Ioannis Apostolidis, took over the vineyard. Thus in 2003 the vineyards encompassed an area of 3 hectares. A new page was turned in 2007, when a visitable state-of-the-art winery with a 10 hectare area was established. Soon the third generation of the winery, Vasiliki and Efthymios Apostolidis, took over the reins to the business. The winery started with new strict and qualitative goals with innovative methods in the vineyard and in the cellar. Today the 13 hectares of the family's vineyards are cultivated in a biodynamic way.

The Assyrtiko from the Agia Triada was collected a little earlier for the creation of the base wine. This is followed by the second fermentation in the bottle (traditional method of champagne) and maturation with the so beneficial wine lees for 22 months.
A high level gastronomic foam with a thin and playful foam. Lemon, lime, both their flesh and skin are aromatic. They are followed by brioche, lightly baked dough and pastry aroma. In taste, although Brut Nature (ie without added sugars), it manages to tame its "razor" acidity with the rich body of Assyrtikos. Crystal clear, refreshing and revealing in its aftertaste

This Malagouzia shows its finesse with one domination match between the red peach, apricot and grapefruit but in the background is a delicate presence of jasmine and a light nutmeg zest sweetly completes this nice game.
We find all these perfumes again on the palate where they are all rounded together for the sake of intense acidity. A wine with an imposing body, lively acidity and a delicate tannin structure.
