Hand harvesting, organic farming and site-specific winemaking define our daily work.

Our estate is a mixed farm. Alongside the vineyards, we cultivate arable land, care for hedgerows and other small-scale landscape structures, and keep cattle and draft horses. We actively manage the land to support biodiversity and explore agroforestry systems. These practices are not additions to our work as winegrowers — they are its foundation. The vine is part of a larger agricultural whole, rooted in diversity rather than monoculture.

From this living landscape, our wines emerge with dialect — a reflection of place, season and the wider farm ecosystem.
