Our wine estate is nested in the Vallée Noble (noble valley) at the bottom of the Petit Ballon mountain (1,267m). It is spread across 14.5 hectares, including 2.7 located in the heart of the Zinnkoepfle Grand Cru area. The quality of our wine originates in the vineyards! Throughout the entire year, taking care of our vines is a labor of love, to get the best out of them. As such, we employ organic and biodynamic (certified by Demeter) agricultural methods.
To sustain the continuity between the vineyards and the winemaking, we have built in 2010 a new underground cellar with limestone rocks. The cellar was topped by a building designed around sustainable architecture principles (bioclimatology): a wooden structure, isolation made out of straw and a green roof.
