Diversity is key
Einfach ausgedrückt, wir mögen Vielfalt. Sie sorgt für einen fruchtbareren Boden, eine gesündere Landwirtschaft, mehr Leben und schlussendlich auch für charakterstarke Weine.
Mit unseren Weinen möchten wir die landschaftliche Diversität der Region Südtirol einfangen. Die Weine sollen klar identifizierbar sein und für ihre geografische, aber auch handwerkliche Herkunft stehen. Wir mögen frische, lebendige Weine, von denen man gerne auch ein zweites und drittes Glas trinkt. Sie sollen Spaß machen und Eindruck hinterlassen.

Simply put, we like diversity – it makes for more fertile soil, healthier agriculture and more life, ultimately, imparting distinct character to our wines.
We aim to capture the diversity of the landscape of the Alto Adige region. The wines should be clearly identifiable and represent both their geographical and artisanal heritage. We favour wines that are fresh and lively, the kind that invite you to enjoy not just one but multiple glasses. They are meant to bring joy and leave an impression.

Detto in parole semplici, quello che amiamo è la diversità. Perché diversità è sinonimo di terreno più fertile, agricoltura più sana, vita rigogliosa – tutti elementi che contribuiscono a far nascere vini dal carattere forte.
L’Alto Adige è una terra multiforme, e questo è l’aspetto che vogliamo cogliere con i nostri vini, abbracciando la diversità paesaggistica di questa regione. I vini devono essere identificabili e trasmettere la loro provenienza geografica e la cura artigianale. Amiamo i vini freschi e vivaci, quelli che invitano amabilmente a bere un secondo e un terzo bicchiere. Devono divertire e lasciare un ricordo indelebile in chi lo assaggia.

Crus / Cru / Crus
Den Crus schenken wir besonders viel Aufmerksamkeit und Reifezeit, damit sie ihren Charakter entfalten können. Sie unterliegen der strengsten Selektion im Weinberg und Keller.

Our Crus receive extra attention and time to mature, allowing their character to fully develop. These wines undergo the most rigorous selection process, both in the vineyard and the cellar.

Curiamo con particolare attenzione i nostri Cru: diamo loro tutto il tempo necessario per affinare, in modo che possano sviluppare appieno il loro carattere. Per questo vengono sottoposti a una meticolosa selezione in vigna e in cantina.

Kompositionen / Composizioni / Compositions
Bei den Kompositionen stehen die Komponenten im Vordergrund. Unterschiedliche Lagen, alte und junge Reben, unterschiedliche Vinifikations-Methoden oder verschiedene Lesezeitpunkte der Trauben – das alles sind Komponenten, mit denen wir spielen und die wir miteinander verbinden.

In our Compositions, the components take centre stage. Grapes from different vineyards, old and young vines, various vinification methods and varied harvest timings – these are just some of the components that we play with and combine.

Quello che ruota attorno a questa linea sono gli elementi che compongono i vini. Dal luogo al tipo di vitigno – giovane o vecchio; dai differenti metodi di vinificazione ai diversi tempi di raccolta delle uve: sono tutti componenti con cui amiamo giocare, combinandoli tra loro.

Mit den Klassischen Rebsorten wollen wir die Vielfalt unserer Region einfangen und arbeiten mit Winzerpartner:innen aus ganz Südtirol zusammen, um diese Diversität auszuschöpfen.

With the Classical Grape Varietals, we aim to capture the diversity of our region. Working with vintner partners from across Alto Adige, we strive to make the most of this diversity.
