Founded in 2009, Tenuta Sanoner chose the rolling hills of Tuscany and an extraordinary location to realise a fascinating project. We grow fine wines nourished by hilly terrain with optimal exposure, caressed by a gentle breeze. We achieve this by following biodynamic
farming principles, limiting the use of even permitted chemicals and focusing intensely on grape quality and meticulous vinification. This is our vision of wine.

Sparkling wine from 100% certified-organic Sangiovese grapes with a small addition of Chardonnay. The selected grapes are entirely produced in our winery according to biological certification procedures and following the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The grapes are harvested early by hand in our best vineyards to preserve their optimal acidity and freshness. The winemaking process involves gentle whole-bunch pressing and alcoholic fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, followed by in-bottle refermentation with a minimum of 24 months on the lees.High-quality Extra Brut sparkling wine with fine and persistent bead, pearl pink coloured. On the nose, floral aromas mingle with those of white and yellow-fleshed fruit. On the palate it is elegant and extremely clean. In the end its freshness gives way to a roasted hazelnut sensation.
Orcia Rosato DOC
Elegant rosé wine made from 100% certified organic and biodynamic Sangiovese grapes, early harvested by hand to ensure acidity and the natural freshness of the wine. The grapes are pressed gently, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with constant monitoring of temperature and oxygen levels. Aged on the lees for at least three months.The Aetos Rosé, with its pink onion skin colour, wins over the nose with its bouquet of fresh flowers, rose, and clear hints of small red fruits. On the palate it reveals just the right amount of freshness and savouriness that makes the body slender, resulting in a pleasant and elegant wine.
Orcia Sangiovese DOC
Red wine made from Sangiovese grapes, entirely produced in our winery according to the principles of the biodynamic agriculture. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously, thanks to the implementation of exclusive indigenous yeasts, in special cement vats from France. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for at least 12 months in cement and steel vats and in 10, 15 and 20 hl oak barrels.The ruby red Aetos Sangiovese is fine and elegant, being a typical expression of its territory in the heart of Tuscany. Its bouquet is characterised by floral notes, cherry, and red fruits, while the passage in the barrel reveals spicy notes that are well integrated into the aroma.In the mouth, the attack is fresh and pleasant, while on the palate the wine is round and full bodied with medium silky tannins. The finish is fruity and aromatic.
Orcia Sangiovese Riserva DOC
Red wine made from fully biological Sangiovese grapes, entirely produced according to the principles of the biodynamic agriculture. The grapes are fermented using only indigenous yeasts in special cement vats. After the malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wine is aged for 24 months in small oak barrels and then in the bottle for at least further 6 months.The wine has the typical ruby red, tendency to garnet red colour of a Sangiovese. It has an intense bouquet characterized by floral notes, red fruit, and an earthy note. Its storage in wooden barrels gives this wine spicy notes, which integrate well with the aroma. In the mouth, the wine is intense, on the palate it is rounded with silky tannins, and the finish is long.
