IL CABERLOT, produced from the grapes of our 4 oldest vineyards, fermented in stainless steel and then aged for 22 months in barrels from France, 60% new, and another 16 months in the magnum.
The second wine of IL CABERLOT, the grapes from the two younger vineyards, aged for 22 months in a 40hl botte grande built by Marc Grenier in Burgundy and then another 6 months in the bottle.

A pure sangiovese, fermented in cement and aged neutrally in stainless steel.
