IL CABERLOT is produced from the Caberlot grapes of our 3 oldest vineyards, fermented in stainless steel, aged for 22 months in barrels from France of which 40-50% are new, and then matured for another 18 months in the magnum prior to release.

CARNASCIALE BOTTE GRANDE+ is the second wine of IL CABERLOT. The grapes come from the two younger vineyards and this 'late bottled vintage' was aged for 30 months in a 40hl botte grande built by Marc Grenier in Burgundy, and then spent another 6 months in the bottle prior to release.
2023 OTTANTADUE
DOC Vald'Arno di Sopra - Sangiovese

The OTTANTADUE is a pure sangiovese, after fermentation in cement together with 20% of whole cluster the wine is then aged neutrally in stainless steel over a period of 14 months and released 3 months after the bottling.

The BLANC'21 is the first bottling of our white work-in-progress.. 22 months on fine lees in a ceramic Clayver followed by 2 years in the bottle before release.
