In the nose, Barbera d’Alba DOC Pairolero is characterised by an abundance of aromas, red fruit, black cherry and light spicy notes. On the palate the tannins are extremely velvety and balanced with the typical acidity of Barbera.Vinification:After meticulous selection of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously. Maceration on skins is followed by malolactic fermentation that is completed in wood.
