Wine from the historic Edelgraben vineyard, located in Breitenbrunn am Neusiedler See, in the Leithaberg region. This old vine vineyard, planted in slate soils, benefits from an east-facing exposure and a cool microclimate due to its proximity to a forest, providing natural freshness and protection.

The fermentation occurs spontaneously, followed by a complete malolactic fermentation, The wine is aged on its full lees in wooden barrels for 11 months
