Vigna del Convento di Capestrano is a little parcel located under the small village of Capestrano, nearby a little pond rich in vegetation, bordering the property to the ancient monastery of the Franciscan monks. The healthy environment, where the crystal-clear water of the Tirino river flows, has unique yeasts, which determine the extraordinary character of the wine made from wild yeasts.
