This Chardonnay is the result of the careful selection of grapes from plots 3 and 6 of our Paico Vineyard. It is the fruit of our quest to express in a pure and authentic way the terroir of Otronia through the Chardonnay variety, ideal for revealing the nobility of our soils. The grapes, harvested in mid-March, are directly pressed without destemming. Fermentation takes place in French oak vats without toasting, and then the wine is aged for 22 months in barrels
