Intense straw yellow. Hints of stain emerge within a mineral framework spontaneous, garrigue, thenalmond, peach and ripe apricot, almost pyrite on the finish. The mouth has a marked maturestructure well accompanied by the soft component. Good persistence. 8 months of aging inconcrete. spontaneous fermentation.
