The grapes are gently harvested by hand, carefully sorted and fermented as whole berries in small containers. The malolactic fermentation takes place in used barriques, in which the wines mature for 8-12 months.The grapes come from the vineyards of the Grosse Gewächse. After a gentle manual harvest, they are fermented spontaneously in used wooden barrels.Straightforward. Floral notes, fine yellow fruit, charming nuttiness. Very harmoniously balanced.
